Introduction to different dosage form



What is a drug ?




A drug is defined as an agent useful in diagnosis , mitigation , treatment ,prevention or cure of disease in mans and in animals.

TRICK :- Drug ek LIC agent hai (useful Wala) Jo ki PMT (dmt) exam dega aur logo ko cure karega.



Complexation

1) mitigation = action of reducing painfullness.

2) diagnosis = the identification of the nature of an illness or other problem by examination of the symptoms.

Dosage form?



dosage form is a combination of the drug and different kinds of non- drug components called "additives"

TRICK :- Dosage form both Drug + non drug component Ka combination hai. jise additive kehte hain.

1) additives = something that is added to improve the general quality.
